From January 1, 2021 - January 7, 2021 you will receive daily emails with meditations and rituals to explore mindfulness, allowing you to create space and live in peace. It will teach you the basics of how to live with ease by enjoying the present moment free from anxiety and stress. You will have email access to me throughout, guiding you through your beautiful exploration of self. After our week together you will receive a 30 minute energy session, allowing you space to truly relax and explore how to take your mindfulness practice even deeper into your life.
