DIY Life Analysis

This is a practice I take every life coaching client through to get clear on where they’re at, so they can better focus on where they’d like to go. It can be done anytime you’re looking to create change, but I’m sharing as the first step of my new year’s plan, before diving into a vision and action steps to get there. Awareness/accountability increases the pain you’re already feeling in a life area that you’ve outgrown, which leads to action that brings long-lasting change.
